The selection process explained

Once you submit your application, you will receive an e-mail prompting you to send us the documents relevant for our evaluation. The documents are as follows:

1. 2 reference letters
2. Your updated CV
3. A cover letter
4. If you apply as a lawyer-linguist, please state the law of the country you studied / practiced and your areas of specialisation, chosen among the following:
   – Maritime Law
   – Bankruptcy Law
   – Business/Corporate Law
   – Civil Rights Law
   – Criminal Law
   – Entertainment/Media Law
   – Environmental Law
   – Family Law
   – Health Law
   – Immigration Law
   – Intellectual Property Law
   – International Law
   – Employment Law
   – Military law
   – Personal Injury Law
   – Property Law
   – Real Estate Law
   – Tax Law
   – Public Law
   – Competition Law
   – Cyber Law / Internet Law
   – Data Protection Law

Please specify that you agree with our data retention policy and that you submit your data for the legitimate purpose of working with us. Your data will not be shared with other providers, nor sold to other providers.

Once we have assessed your documents, and depending on your specific skill-set, we will ask you to:

1. Sign an NDA (delivered with the initial auto-response)
2. Depending on your specialisation, take a test, which, if successful, will be followed up with an interview.
3. Sign our Terms of Business prior to any engagement.
